The most awaited festival here in Cebu is just around the corner!
Whether you are with your friends, your family or your special someone, you will surely enjoy the 30th Sinulog Festival in honor of the Santo Niño.

Every Sinulog is very memorable to me. I always enjoy those crazy experiences I get to have and I look forward to them every year.
On the day before the actual Sinulog celebration, my family and I always try to join either the Fluvial Procession or the Solemn Procession of the Miraculous Image of Sto. Niño, on the next day, we go to mass at the Basilica and after that, well… anything goes!

For most of the tourists, they prefer to watch the festival at the Cebu City Sports Center, but for a true blood Cebuano, the real fun is on the streets!
Sinulog is probably the only time I get to walk around the whole city without feeling tired at all! Get a henna tattoo, gatecrash parties, follow the street dances (don’t forget to spot the celebrities!
), watch fireworks displays, eat at every pizzeria you see
, come to every gig in the city, or just simply hang out with your friends. These are just some of the things you shouldn’t miss!
To get more information on the Festival, you can visit the The Official Website of the Sinulog Festival in Cebu City.

Seems sooo fun, but I have never heard of it, and obviously never went to one. I don’t think they have them here.
