most of my friends already know that i’m kind of a music addict… (actually, “kind of” is an understatement.. hihihi ) so bear with me if i have nothing else to post about…
this week, a couple of good music videos just premiered and (in case you’re interested) i wanna share some with you guys.

let’s start with this awesome band that i love… the one and only, The Fray!
this new single “Syndicate” is still from their latest album, The Fray. check out the video below!

i know most of you (erm… myself included ) are still addicted to Paramore’s “Brick By Boring Brick”… but they just premiered this new video called “The Only Exception” and i totally love it too!! i’m just not a fan of Hayley’s hairstyle in this video though..

Taylor Swift’s “Fearless” video is out!!! it’s just a compilation of clips from her Fearless Tour 2009. congratulations to her for winning Album of the Year for Fearless at the Grammy’s!!!

and last but not the least, Avril Lavigne is soooo back!!! in case you didn’t know, i am a huge fan of Avril! so i was really excited when i heard that she has a song featured on Johnny Depp’s upcoming movie, “Alice In Wonderland”. (this movie is definitely a must-see! Tim Burton and Johnny Depp make a great team!!!) check out Avril’s video for “Alice Underground”!

haha!! before you get all mad at me, i don’t literally hate “THAT” day… the title of this post is just inspired by Jessica Biel’s character in the movie, “Valentine’s Day”

so, what is up with February 14???
well, it comes every year whether you like it or not..
to all those lovebirds, it’s a perfect day to get all mushy and do crazy stuff just to show the world how much they love each other.. (i think i just vomited in my mouth! hehe)
this year, it’s also a special celebration for the Chinese community. (but that’s not what this post is about)
while, to some (myself included)… it’s just a plain ordinary boring day!!!

yesterday, i had a 5 hour break in school, so i thought i’d go to the mall and watch a movie… i’m guessing you already know what i decided to go see. yep!!! “Valentine’s Day” LOL!
i didn’t really expect much from the movie.. the main reason why i really wanted to watch it was because it was star-studded! Jennifer Garner, Jessica Biel, Jessica Alba, Anne Hathaway, Julia Roberts, Emma Roberts, Queen Latifah, Taylor Swift, Taylor Lautner, Jamie Foxx, George Lopez, Bradley Cooper, plus! i get to see Grey’s Anatomy’s Patrick “McDreamy” Dempsey and Eric “McSteamy” Dane and my one and only “Ashton Kutcher”!!

in fairness, i really enjoyed it!! i thought it was going to be a little boring, but i didn’t get bored at all! hehehe.. it was cute, fun, cheesy and kind of romantic.

the movie is just mainly about completely different people who are somehow interconnected and how they all spent their valentine’s day…
i loved the different story lines of the characters. and i enjoyed the annual “i HATE valentine’s day dinner” that Jessica Biel’s character had. and the scene where Jennifer Garner smashed the big heart with a baseball bat was priceless..
to those teens who want to watch the movie because of TayTay (taylor swift and taylor launter), well, don’t expect much because their characters only have small roles.. but they were entertaining nevertheless. they represent “young love”, full of promise, full of hope, ignorant of reality.. hahaha!!

although i’m labless dis balentayn’s day… hehehe.. i still enjoy a cheesy romantic comedy.
and i’d love to hear how you spend your valentine’s day ‘coz i’m pretty sure mine would be boring.
